CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Gentle:

 (Green 11am and 7:30pm) Beginner

Relaxing and slow we move into poses comfortably.  It is designed to be therapeutic for those of all needs including prenatal.

Basic:

(Red 9:30am and 4:30pm) level 1

Balance is the key to build a foundation.  It is designed for first timers to awaken the body to allow for deeper movement. 

Core

(Black 8am) level 2

  Intensity into the center is explored.  It is designed to focus the body through advanced poses.

 

Flow

(Blue 6pm ) level 2-3

 Movements are sequenced into motion to find your natural balance.  It is designed to move the body in and out of with ease.



Kids:

 ( Friday 3:30pm) 3-13 years old

  Fun poses that open the body with ease.  It is designed to bring balance to youthful energy.
