Total body toning and mind awareness in energenic positions. Balance is the key to build a foundation. It is designed to awaken the body to allow for deeper movement.

A dynamic experience into body expression using the power of focus. Movements are sequenced into motion to find your natural balance. It is designed to move the body in and out of with ease.
